Renée joined CAPS in 2023 as a senior project manager. Renée has a passion for all things eco-friendly and brings 15 years in education program management and 22 years in the solar industry to her role with CAPS. Renée is deeply committed to renewable energy production and sustainability.

Renée has managed many projects to build commercial rooftop solar systems for governments and businesses, enabling them to save money and reduce GHG emissions. Additionally, she managed a K-12 solar and STEM education program for more than 30 school districts, including developing internship programs for high school and college students to train and inspire the next generation of solar professionals and advocates.

Further supporting the expansion of green learning, she managed and expanded this education program within her solar company to serve school districts, community and four-year colleges. Over 35,000 students and teachers participated to advance solar and STEM learning in and out of the classroom.

Renée also has an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise, and she brings skills to support businesses being profitable while also embracing eco-friendly practices up and downstream.
